the staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the rooms were impeccably clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was also a standout feature, offering delicious meals that exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the hotel's swimming pool, although not available during my stay, would definitely be a great addition for future guests.
All was well during my stay, no improvements needed.

The parking lot was good, in the night closed with an automatic gate.
The bed wasnot good at all. The undermatras was 20 cm shorter then the uppermatras, during the night the uppermatras felt several times into the space between the bed and the uppermatras. We were here at Easter, Only one staf was working, it took long time before somebody came for our check in (half hour). After visiting the city we came back to dine in the hotel, then we heard that the dining room was closed. ;( had to go back to the city for diner. Because of this we were late, some restaurants didnt serve anymore. Internet wasnot working in our room. Laptop worked in mainroom but in our bedroom not. Spoke with the employe that we wanted to complain to the manager who would be in the hotel on tuesday morning, but.... ofcourse he wasnot in the hotel the morning we wanted to complain and check out.

Receptionist (Lucie) was excellent. She was friendly and spoke good English. As we arrived early she got us a complimentary drink from the bar as we waited. We were able to drive directly to our room door (rooms were in external annexe). Room was nice and modern.
It was a little bit out of the way of the city, you need a car really to get to Lyon and the drive was about 20 mins.

The restaurant left much to be desired. It was poorly managed and the food was not of good quality.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast spread is amazing, with plenty of choices to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling.
The only minor issue was with the magnetic key cards, but the staff was always there to assist.

The room had nice views and the swimming pool was beautiful. the parking facility was great and overall it had a feeling of premium luxury.
The location was inconveniently far from anything and the access to the room was sub-par. the shower door was difficult to open and the toilet seat did not fit properly.

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the beautiful swimming pool. Parking was also convenient and easy to access. The location was perfect with many things to do in the neighbourhood.

The room was quite comfortable, complete with coffee and tea making facilities, which was very convenient for a Christmas morning cuppa. The breakfast spread was also great, as it was served in-room at no extra cost. The view from the window was breathtaking, and it was nice to have a bit of privacy.
The hotel's location was a bit tricky to access, and there were no elevators available, which meant carrying our bags up the stairs was quite challenging. The worst part of the stay was the lack of a reliable internet connection.
